Application FAQ
Understand the review path.
Does submitting establish a partnership?
No. Submission begins review and does not guarantee approval, work, volume, market activation, or onboarding.
Which organizations may apply?
Courier companies, carriers, brokers, specialized providers, fleet providers, and related organizations may submit their operating profile for review.
Are authority fields required for every organization?
No. Authority questions change with the selected partner type. Specialized providers are not forced through irrelevant motor-carrier fields.
Why is a Certificate of Insurance requested?
It supports initial review of the organization's current coverage context. Signal does not publish one universal threshold in this form.
Will Signal automatically integrate with our systems?
No. Systems information helps assess operating compatibility. Any technical integration requires separate review.
Should we upload a W-9 or banking information?
No. Tax and payment onboarding information is intentionally deferred until a later approved process.
