People + capacity + accountability
A delivery network is built around the people doing the work.
Signal connects customer requirements with delivery professionals, carrier partners, broker capacity, and specialized providers while keeping the request, execution, communication, and proof connected.

01 / Capacity model
Start with the work. Then build the capacity around it.
A small urgent part, recurring branch route, two-person appliance delivery, and palletized jobsite order do not need the same response.
Speed matters, but the item, handoff, and receiving contact still define the fit.
02 / Delivery professionals
Professional execution is the center of the network.
Vehicles, equipment, and capacity sources matter, but delivery still depends on the people executing the work. Signal calls its team Delivery Professionals because the role carries an execution standard.

Purpose-built team for the assignment
03 / Network contributors
Different contributors solve different capacity problems.
Independent drivers, carriers, broker relationships, and specialized providers are ways Signal can assemble network capacity. They are not automatically the Delivery Professional team for every assignment.
Individual delivery professionals providing local capacity with suitable vehicles and operating capability.
Driver, vehicle, service area, and request fit are reviewed for the work.
- Local delivery
- Flexible capacity
- Direct execution
04 / Capability resolution
Match more than a vehicle.
A vehicle can have enough room for the shipment and still be wrong for the delivery. Loading method, handling scope, crew, equipment, access, receiving conditions, geography, and timing can all change the required team.
Shipment, service, equipment, vehicle, site, timing, geography, and receiving requirements shape the team configured for the assignment.
05 / Geography
Capacity is local. Coordination can span the network.
A customer may need urgent local capacity in one market, a recurring route in another, and specialized handling somewhere else.

LOCAL REQUIREMENTDedicated route
LOCAL REQUIREMENTBulky final mile
LOCAL REQUIREMENTBranch transfer
LOCAL REQUIREMENTLocal capability and availability remain market-specific.
06 / Flexible network, consistent standard
Capacity can change. The operating context should not.
The standard is a clear job and a documented result, even when the approved capacity source changes.
The source may vary without becoming interchangeable. Qualifications, instructions, oversight, and proof remain connected to the reviewed request.
07 / Oversight + exceptions
Keep the delivery connected when the plan changes.
Signal is more than a directory of capacity. Human coordination and shared request context help preserve ownership when field conditions differ.
Request context, communication, and proof stay connected as operating conditions change. The appropriate next action remains situation-specific.

Understand the operating model.
Does Signal operate its own fleet?
Signal coordinates delivery through a flexible network that may include independent professionals, carrier partners, broker relationships, and specialized providers. The capacity source depends on the reviewed request and market.
How does Signal determine what capacity fits?
Shipment profile, timing, geography, vehicle, service, equipment, site, receiving, and proof requirements are reviewed together. The process is not a guaranteed automatic match.
Are the same Delivery Professionals used for every request?
No. Signal assembles the appropriate team around the assignment. Broader network capacity does not automatically become a Signal Delivery Professional team, and the term does not imply one employment relationship.
Can Signal support recurring or dedicated programs?
Recurring routes and dedicated capacity may be reviewed around cadence, locations, scope, market, and operating requirements.
Can a customer request vehicle or handling requirements?
Yes. Customers should share known vehicle, loading, labor, service, equipment, access, and receiving requirements for fit review.
How does Signal work with courier and carrier partners?
Partners may contribute vehicles, drivers, dispatch, geography, or specialized operating strength while the customer request and result remain connected through Signal.
What happens when specialized equipment is required?
The equipment, provider capability, site interface, and local availability are reviewed as part of the operating plan.
How are delivery exceptions managed?
Changed conditions are connected back to the request for human review, updated context, and documented closeout. A particular resolution or response time is not guaranteed.
Is every capability available in every market?
No. People, vehicles, equipment, services, and provider capability are market-specific and request-specific.
