Inside delivery
The address is not the final instruction.
An inside-delivery request needs a receiving point and a clear path to it. Make access, handling and placement part of the plan before the vehicle arrives.

Receiving depth
Name the receiving point.
Inside delivery can refer to different destinations within a building or site. Describe the actual requested handoff: a receiving area, storage room, floor or other specified location.
Do not leave that detail buried in an address line. A clear receiving point helps determine which access and handling questions need to be reviewed, and whether the requested placement can be included.
AGREED INDOOR POINT
ACCESS REVIEWED
Access
Explain the route beyond the entrance.
Stairs, elevators, narrow doorways, turns, surface conditions and building rules may change the job. Record the item dimensions and the access conditions together so the path can be evaluated.
Receiving contacts and availability matter too. Where access requires a reservation or authorization, identify who is responsible for arranging it and when the information will be available.
Agreed work
Confirm the handling scope.
Crew requirements, special equipment, unpacking, assembly, installation and removal are separate considerations. They must be reviewed and agreed rather than assumed to accompany inside placement.
Signal connects the requested service with appropriate capacity where available. A requested inside location does not override material, safety or access constraints.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS
PROOF
Closeout
Document where the delivery finished.
The final record should reflect the agreed receiving outcome. Photos, signatures and notes can help connect completion with the requested location, depending on the arrangement.
When the location cannot be accessed as planned, the exception needs review and communication. Keep the receiving change with the job instead of turning it into a separate conversation that no one can trace.
